What Are The Best Blank DVDs?
By SolveMyMaze
When buying blank dvds, many people think that all brands are equal. However, this really isn't the case. Sadly, there's a lot of terrible blank DVD's out there.
Which ones you should should avoid:
From my own personal experience, I would advise that you steer clear of Memorex DVD-R media. They're of sub par quality, and more often than not, you'll be left with coasters, which is just wasting your money at the end of the day.
I would also recommend that you don't buy any of media made in India. The dye that they use in India is of a much lower quality, again resulting in poor media and an increased amount of coasters.
The brand you should get.
I would suggest that you get the Verbatim DVD-R's that have the Azo dye in them. These discs are a tad more expensive than others, however, out of 100 discs, the successful burn rate of them is 95, thus showing their superiority. You can hear more about this issue in the video below.
You can also get the DVD's for free by visiting Excellent Amazon Freebies. There, you'll get all the information you need about getting free Amazon products, and a link to sign up for free at the website.
